Brad Schell is driven by the chance to help individuals organize the moving parts of their financial lives into a cohesive plan. His favorite part of the process is seeing a strategy come together, knowing it reflects the person behind it. Brad draws from both his professional training and personal values to build lasting relationships and practical financial frameworks. He considers it a privilege to support clients as they work toward their goals, and he approaches each meeting with a sense of purpose and gratitude. Inspired by a mentor who shaped his own career path, Brad is committed to paying it forward and being a steady, reliable presence for the people he serves.

Outside the Office
Brad was born in the Chicago suburb of Harvey, Illinois, but Maryland has felt like home since he was ten. He and his wife Jen have built their lives here since marrying in 2010, raising their daughters, Lucy and Josephine, and creating years of memories together. As a family, they’re often cheering on the University of Maryland football and basketball teams or attending Washington Capitals games.
At home, Brad enjoys making their fixer-upper a true family haven, although his wife can attest he’s not winning any races at it. Over the past 13 years, he’s tackled DIY projects ranging from building bedrooms with his father to installing every window in the house. For Brad, these endeavors are more than home improvements—they’re a testament to the values of perseverance and teamwork he holds dear.
