Working alongside her son, Greg, since 2024 has added another meaningful layer to her work, as she continues building lasting connections with the families she serves.

Outside the Office
Raised in West Laurel, Maryland, Deborah has always embraced a full and active lifestyle. She ran a half marathon on crutches to raise money for the American Stroke Association, tackled a full marathon, and never backs down from a challenge. Travel, golf, camping, and beach days are some of the many ways she connects with her husband, children, and growing number of grandchildren. For Deborah, life is about showing up for others and making time for family gatherings whenever she can.
